Fienile Apartment is part of the Village of Vichiaccio an ancient settlement of 1700 patiently restored, immersed in the vineyards of Chianti Classic in just 20 minutes from Florence and 10 minutes from Greve in Chianti and Impruneta. The Fienile apartment is a 60 sqm flat based on an old cottage. It can accommodate up to four adults and two children, and it features a large garden which offers an incredible view of the Chianti’s vineyards. It is a lovely detached house, surrounded by a 100sqm garden. The 60sqm apartment features a large kitchen/living room, one bathroom and a large double bedroom. It can accommodate 4 people. Aside from the places in the double bedroom, the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people. Il Fienile boasts a traditional, yet very functional kitchen, fitted with fridge, microwave oven, TV with satellite dish and Hi-Fi. Both the exterior and the interior have been restored according to the traditional style which characterizes the old rural houses in Tuscany. Lovely swimming pool fully equipped.

They are inclusive in the price the electric tide, the heating, the gas to cook, the water, the use of: hair dryer, oven microwaves, receiver satellite , additional bunk for small children and bottle warmer. There is the possibility of use 4 Mountain Bike and the swimming pool (from 01/05 to 30/09). All Vichiaccio area is covered by WI-FI (free internet connection).

How to get to Borgo di Vichiaccio:
If you are coming from the North, please exit the A1 motorway at “Firenze Certosa” and then proceed towards San Casciano on the road SS N.2. After about 8km, when you arrive to Falciani district, turn left and follow the road to Greve in Chianti. After passing the town of Ferrone, turn right towards San Casciano and, immediately after, turn left following the poster “Centro Convegni San Angelo a Vicolabate”. Follow the 500m long dirt road till the number 32, and finally enter the private road on the right which will lead you, after a short and steep climb, to the Borgo of Vichiaccio.
If you are coming from the South, please exit the A1 motorway at the “Firenze Sud” junction and follow the indication pointing to Grassina/Greve del Chianti along the road SS N.222. After 12 km, turn right towards Ferrone. Once there, turn left in the direction of Greve in Chianti and then, after 3km, turn right towards San Casciano. After passing the wine shop “Castelli del Grevepesa, turn left towards the conference centre “Centro convegni S. Angelo a Vicolabate”. Follow the 500m long dirt road till the number 32, and finally the private road on the right which will lead you, after a short and steep climb, to the Borgo of Vichiaccio.
The Borgo is about 10 km away from Greve di Chianti, a town renowned for the production of wine, and just as far away from San Casciano Val di Pesa. Being located at 20 km from Florence and 40 km from Siena, Vichiaccio is easily reachable form both the motorway A1-Milan/Rome and from the Florence-Siena national road.
