MY FLORENCE APARTMENTS

Four fully renovated apartments with every comfort, located on the first floor of a building 800 near the historic center of Florence. The facility includes two studios and two bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments can accommodate from two to four people. Both have a double room and sofa bed in the living room. The two apartments but can accommodate two to six people, being composed of two bedrooms and a sitting area with sofa bed. All apartments are large and spacious and are equipped with private bathroom, kitchenette, Internet access, television, air conditioning.
In addition the two bedroom apartments have a dishwasher, a washing machine and a balcony overlooking an attractive town garden.
It is a short walk away from the business hub of the city (Fortezza da Basso Exhibition Centre and the Florence Conference Centre), as well as the historical centre of Florence. Also within walking distance are Santa Maria Novella Central Rail Station and the public parkings of the Fortezza da Basso and Santa Maria Novella. It is also easily accessible from the motorways and Florence Airport.

RATES - 1 WEEK: 800 EUR

For stays up to 7 days the following services are included in the cost:
first supply of bed and bathroom linen, cleaning on check out, supply of water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, broadboand connection and TV.

For stays longer than 7 days, change of linen can be requested at 10 euros for the single bedroom apartments and 15 euros for the doubles, and cleaning at 20 euros for the single bedroom apartments and 30 euros for the doubles.
