Located in the heart of Chianti, on the panoramic road which links Poggibonsi to Castellina. Its highly suggestive environment unites discretion and exclusiveness with the convenience of being easily accessible by road connections.The Luxury Chianti Farmhouse has been completely restored, preserving the original characteristics and using traditional materials of Chianti rural architecture. The location between Siena and Florence and the nearness to historical towns like Castellina in Chianti, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Colle Val d'Elsa, Barberino and Monteriggioni make the tourist potential of this place unique.

The hospitality is offered in apartments of different types, exclusive and comfortable flats, independent from each other, furnished according to the rural tradition, but offering high quality standards.All apartments are provided with heating, kitchenette, Microwave, sat TV, telephone; many of them have private garden or arcade and fireplace.

The swimming-pool (16 x 8 sq. m.) is part of a unique landscape, on the verge of the woods and overlooking a large vineyard.

The Tavern, exclusively reserved for the guests, offers all the wine and gastronomic products that have made Tuscan cuisine famous around the world. Among the most outstanding specialties are Chianti Classico wine, which is produced on a nearby farm and the fragrant, high quality olive-oil, which is used for the preparation of tasty traditional dishes.

Middle season (from 23/04 to 02/07 - from 27/08 to 24/09): 880 euros
High season(from 02/07 to 27/08): 1000 euros

Weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday

Rental price includes: water, electricity, gas, kitchen equipment, bed and bath linen, final cleaning (on condition that the apartment has to be left free of rubbish and in a decent hygienic condition), heating (available from April 2nd to May 07th and from September 24th to November 01st), wireless connection in the common area (using your own laptop).On request: baby cot and highchair, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, mountain bikes.

At guest’s disposal: common living room with internet wireless connection, mountain bikes, bowls court, toys and amusements for children, green open spaces, trekking routes, horse-riding nearby the property (16 Km), Shiatsu and Ayurvedic massage.
